PwC’s Stamford Interactive services enhances Digital Change’s user experience capability

We welcome user experience specialists Stamford Interactive to our Digital Change team.

In a world where the user is at the centre and usability is key to success, PwC’s Stamford Interactive services holds the title of being the largest specialised user experience (UX) consultancy in Australasia. The team has extensive experience over a number of areas in both the public and private sectors in banking and finance, education, government, retail, health and transport.

A significant differentiator of PwC’s Stamford Interactive services approach is that accessibility* design is a pervasive to its UX approach. The team has been providing web accessibility services to Federal and State Government since 2006, and makes a substantial contribution to highlighting the importance of accessibility within the broader industry.

The team also sits on a number of Federal and State Government panels such as the ATO Design & Strategy panel, the Department of Infrastructure and Transport panel, the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet panel and the Provision of Web & Application Development & Management Services panel.

The acquisition of Stamford Interactive adds 35 user experience consultants to our Digital Change team and extends our physical presence to also include Canberra. Stamford Interactive Directors Paul Cruse, Lisa Wade and Norman Newbon will continue their roles leading our expanded user experience capability.

    Specifically I’m interested in accessibility guidelines for making content friendly to mobile devices.
