Will works at the intersection of customer strategy, digital and brand to help businesses connect their brand promise with the customer experience. He works primarily in financial services and is particularly interested in the role technology is playing in shaping the future of banking. He recently returned to Australia following a secondment to PwC Thailand during which time he helped establish one of the first digital banks in South-East Asia.
Will started his career with the global customer strategy consultancy Peppers & Rogers. He has taken a customer-centric approach to subsequent roles in business, corporate law and management consulting.
