Will works at the intersection of customer strategy, analytics and brand to help businesses achieve sustainable, customer-driven growth. He is passionate about front-office transformation and has driven customer-focused change programs across several organisations in financial services, retail and government. He recently co-authored PwC’s inaugural global Chief Customer Officer Report, which proposes a new approach to customer experience design and delivery.

Will started his career with the global customer strategy consultancy Peppers & Rogers. He has taken a customer-centric approach to subsequent roles in business, corporate law and management consulting.
