Sean has over 15 years consulting experience in Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing and Customer Analytics across markets in Australia, NZ, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, London and the USA. He has run large-scale customer transformation projects for both public and private sector organisations and he is recognised as a global thought leader in the insurance sector.

Sean has been instrumental in developing PwC’s global Customer capability. His prior roles at PwC include Global Revenue Growth Director based in London and the lead of PwC’s Customer offering in China, during which time he helped clients innovate their customer proposition in response to the B-A-T.
