He has a particular interest in technology and disruption as well as in creating next-generation customer experiences that see his clients retain and grow their customer base. He has experience in the classical hypothesis-based problem solving approach, as well as contemporary design-centred, innovation-led problem solving and execution approaches.

Dean has broad industry experience consulting across government, transport, financial services, FMCG, retail and not-for-profit. Prior to working as a management consultant, he spent over four years working on some of Australia’s largest class actions in his role as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills.
