Using frameworks from Agile to waterfall and design thinking, he engages and empowers teams at every stage from strategy through post-deployment into BAU. Working with executives, boards, PMO’s, program and project teams Brent has driven business transformations using technology including data, analytics, IoT, ERP, CRM, and industry specific solutions.
